This system allows
you to:

new unemployment claim.

your weekly continued unemployment claim.

Tips for filing:

If you do
not answer all questions, your application will not be
processed.
-
Allow 15 to
30 minutes to complete the application to file your
claim.
-
Please use
the available Help Screens if you do not understand or
need clarification.
System
Requirements:
- The Internet Claims System works best with Internet Explorer
5.5 or higher (earlier versions
of Internet Explorer
will not work with this application). Use of this
application with other browsers
may produce
unpredictable results. System is not compatible with
WebTV.
- The
Internet Claims System may not run on some Macintosh
Computers.
-
Your Internet Options-Security should be set to
Medium or lower.
- Your Internet
Options-Security must have JavaScript and Cookies
enabled.
- Popup-blocking software
must be disabled when using the Internet Claims System.
- TIP:
If you disable the primary browser you are using on
the popup software options screen/control panel,
this may enable you to use the Internet Claims
System. The primary browser could be any browser
such as Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL etc...
- If you
have technical problems with the Internet Claims System,
please contact the Webmaster by using the link at the
bottom of this page.
Important Reminders:
-
If you exit or cancel after you start to fill
in the application
without completing it,
all of your information will be
erased and you will have to start over.
-
Warning!
If you leave the Internet
Claims System idle for 10 minutes (must submit a screen,
keystrokes
will not keep the system from timing out)
on data entry screens and
5 minutes on display screens, your information will be
lost and you will be required to start over.
Emergency
Unemployment Compensation (EUC)
is now available to file on the Internet.
Click on the "I Agree" button, then click on "I would like to
restart an Existing Claim/File an Emergency Unemployment
Claim". The EUC program will expire on January 1st, 2014.
The final week for which EUC benefits may be paid will be
the week ending December 28, 2013. There will be no
phase-out period, and currently there is no indication of
further extension of the program. The telephone claims
centers do not have any additional information at this time;

Information regarding the Emergency
Unemployment Compensation Program
Please be
advised the Department of Employment, Training and
Rehabilitation (DETR) will not send out text messages or
emails advertising websites or products. If you receive a
text message or email of this type you should immediately
delete the email.

your full name and only the last four digits of your social security

date of birth, and mother's maiden name (this is necessary for
verification/review purposes).
