The Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) develops interagency employment policies and practices for individuals with disabilities. It also coordinates the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation's efforts with state and local government agencies to contract for goods and services with community training centers that hire individuals with disabilities under the Nevada State Use Program.

ODEP staffs the Governor's Workforce Investment Board's (state workforce investment board) Committee on Employment of Persons with Disabilities, as well as the Nevada State Rehabilitation Council.
