D. Taylor has been with the Culinary Workers Union, Local 226 for over twenty years and serves as Secretary-Treasurer. He is currently a member of UNITE HERE’s Executive Committee for which he serves as Executive Vice President for Gaming throughout North America.

Mr. Taylor graduated from Georgetown University and is based in Las Vegas. He also holds the following positions: Trustee for the Southern Nevada Culinary Workers and Bartenders Health & Welfare Fund, Southern Nevada Culinary & Bartenders Pension Trust, Southern Nevada Joint Management Labor Training Fund, and Thomas and Mack Legal Clinic Community Advisory Board.
