During his career
with Fortune 500 companies, major universities, and small business, Mr.
Fordham handled numerous assignments in human resources, financial
management, computers, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and
general management.
A registered investment advisor with the Securities and Exchange
Commission and licensed Broker for real estate in Nevada, Mr. Fordham
has published articles in the area of stock market investment analysis,
computer record keeping, and the technical area of microwave antenna
design.
He has taught courses and lectured in corporate finance, operations
research, and computer basics for Case Western Reserve University in
Cleveland, the University of Maryland, Lawrence Institute of Technology
in Detroit, Portland Community College in Oregon, and Intel Corporation
in California, Oregon and England.
As the Broker/Owner of Sun West Realty and a former owner of a stock
investment consulting firm, a computer consulting business and a
wholesale business, Mr. Fordham has first-hand knowledge of the problems
and demands of small business owners, and has spent much of his career
helping clients become successful.
Mr. Fordham is a Past President of Commercial Marketing Group. He is an
active member of the Greater Las Vegas Board of Realtors, the National
Association of Realtors, and a candidate member of the Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
Institute pursuing the CCIM designation.
Mr. Fordham has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from
Georgia Tech, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and
Investment, which he earned while on fellowship from the George
Washington University in Washington, DC.
David moved to Las Vegas from Cleveland, Ohio in 1998. He and his wife,
Cynthia Coletti, have been married for eight years. David has three
grown daughters living in San Francisco, Albuquerque, and Denver. He is
an avid stamp collector and loves to hike.
