Jean Peyton owns Calm Talk Mediation where she works primarily with employment conflict.  She is founder and president of Blindconnect, a nonprofit that provides information, referral, and peer support to blind and visually impaired adults.  She is active as a volunteer in the disability community, serving on State and local advisory boards addressing employment, transition, senior, and transportation issues.  She travels with her guide dog Lander, a handsome yellow Labrador.
