Pamela Egan |
|
Pamela Egan is the Chief Operating Officer of Nevada Partners and the Culinary Training Academy. In this capacity, she oversees the operations of two of the largest employment and training organizations in Southern Nevada, one a non-profit community based organization and the other a labor-management training trust serving the Las Vegas hospitality sector. Pam is also a principal to the consulting firm of Source One Strategies. As a consultant, she serves the Nevada State AFL-CIO on workforce and economic development policy. Since 1992, she has worked to develop effective workforce programs and policies with labor, employers and community-based organizations. She has served as a Commissioner on the National Commission on Family and Medical Leave. Pam was also appointed to the Governor’s Commission on Workers Compensation and the Vocational Rehabilitation Advisory Council in Montana and is currently a member of the Governor’s Workforce Investment Board in Nevada representing labor. She is a member of Culinary Union Local 226 and a member of the board of the Citizenship Project. She holds a BA in Political Science from Gonzaga University and an MBA from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas. Pam was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi Academic Honor Society upon completion of her MBA. |
