Sidney Hendrickson

Ms. Sidney Hendrickson, Vice President of Membership and Community Development, serves on the Executive Team of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce to establish policy, procedures and implement the strategic plan of the organization.  Hendrickson oversees the Community Relations Department, including Leadership Las Vegas, Focus Las Vegas, other community outreach and public school partnerships – WE CARE, and STEP; The Membership Development Department, including member events, sponsorships, member benefit programs, educational and business seminars and retention; and The Greater Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Inc., which administers the Leadership Education Scholarship.  In addition, she works on issues concerning Nevada’s workforce and business development.   

Hendrickson has been a resident of the Las Vegas community for ten years and associated with the Chamber for over nine years.  Hendrickson is a native of the State of Oklahoma, has a B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma, and a M.Ed. from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
