Mr. Cottino is a native Nevadan. He is married and has one
daughter who attends the University of Nevada - Las Vegas (UNLV).
He has a Bachelor's Degree from UNLV in Business Administration
- Industrial Relations and Personnel. He has worked in the
Human Resources field in Southern Nevada for the past 22 years.
Gary is currently the Human Resources Manager for Southwest Gas
Corporation, Southern Nevada Division. He holds the
professional certification of Senior Professional in Human
Resources from the Society for Human Resource Management.
Mr. Cottino teaches Human Resource classes for UNLV's Continuing
Education Department, including a four-part federal Employment
Law Series and a three-part Nevada Employment Law series that
reviews the major federal and Nevada laws affecting public and
private sector employment. He is also a member of the
Board of Directors for Community One Federal Credit Union. |
